With twenty years of business experience in sales, project and product management, I made a decision to change directions and create the life I've always wanted. This is a life based on self-employment that provides tremendous freedom to work on both personal, as well as professional development, and be of service to others. I am a Certified Life Coach, and received my training through the Coach Training Alliance. I am also in recovery from Binge Eating Disorder.

You will frequently hear me say "I'm a traveler not a tourist" and I believe that this philosphy translates into my entire life and is not just about where I would like to travel to next. Believing in travel as a form of cultural literacy, some of my adventures have included walking on the Great Wall of China (twice), living and working in Southern India (half a year), having tea at Harrods in London, trekking through the Sahara by Jeep and camel (okay mostly by Jeep), sampling a Singapore Sling at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore (where it was created) and cruising the Caribbean. I am a PADI certified scuba diver and love being in water. I'm also an avid reader and a burgeoning opera lover.
